Extra Sensory Perceptions

As you progress in the development of you psychic abilities, you will start to be able to do one or more of the things below. Usually you will have one major and a couple of the others as minor abilities

These are just a few of the ESP abilities can manifest themselves. But as a person told me as I was learning.. you need to name it to Claim it. It helps build your confidence.

Clairvoyance - to sense (feel) or 'see' (mind's eye) things far away - places, and people.
Clairaudience - the 'hearing' of paranormal information.
Astral Projection/Out of Body Experience (OBE) - Being able to send you "astral body" to another place/time. Sometimes can been seen by others as a "ghost"
Psychometry - the gathering of information by touching of physical objects.
Telepathic receiver/sender - directly send/receive thoughts from a distance to another. examples of this are know who is calling you or an unexpected visitor coming to the door, a family member know another family member is hurt or in trouble, or answering a question that wasn't asked or saying the same thing at the same time.
A Channel/Medium - as in a séance, who acts as a go between with a spirit/guide/ghost. Automatic writing.
Precognition - see the future.
Retrocognition - seeing the past, past life readings.
Psychokinesis/telekinesis - to move objects by focusing on them. also the ability to bring object from a distance/another location, though this is a rare talent.
Psychic healing - being able to see the imbalance/disease of the body and help to heal it.
Aura reading - see the energy field around objects.
